As mentioned before, should you remain dissatisfied with your purchase, you are free to return the product to us when it has a complete packaging and no product seals are broken. When the item is sent back to Exoblanc, it is solely upto Exoblanc to decide whether to replace or refund the item, along the payment for delivery.

The item must be returned with 7 days of getting delivered.
All returns must be sealed and in its original box.
The item in question must not bear any marks of use, and should be in the original state as it was when received.

We ask that the product is properly wrapped to guard against any potential harm while being shipped. It is best to utilize the services of an insured courier. Exoblanc will not take blame for items damaged, or lost in the process of sending them back.
Procedures For Refunds

In the case of acceptance, the refund will be reversed and returned to the original account within 3 to 5 working days. Kindly note that this duration can differ due to the other banks and payment systems used.
